  2. What product or service does each company provide? Explain it as if your teacher was an alien from outer space.
  3. Describe each company´s production process. INPUTS (be explicit about the resources used), PROCESS (explain how inputs are transformed), OUTPUTS (list what the company offers to the customers).
  4. What type of product or service does each company offer? (consumer good/capital good/service). If it´s a consumer good, what kind of good (durable or non-durable)?
  5. Who does each company sell its products or services to? (B2C or B2B)
  6. How does each company add value to its inputs? What is so special about the good or service it sells?
